One Truth Yoga is not just another brand or style or school of Yoga. It is a sharing of the basic principles of how to practice so that you learn to do YOUR Yoga, naturally, for the sheer joy of it, without strain or struggle. After all, there is really only one style of Yoga and that is YOUR Yoga. The Yoga that is right for you.

The fundamental teaching is that the Yoga practices must be adapted to meet the needs of the individual and change as his or her needs change in order to achieve the maximum therapeutic value, rather than the individual adapting to a brand or style of Yoga.

Once you have learned these simple principles, they may be inserted into any "style" of Yoga that you may choose to practice thereby making it authentic Yoga. The class includes physical postures (asana), guided deep relaxation, Yogic breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation

Yoga can be practiced by every body. All that is required is the body, the breath (and a few good friends).
